Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT POLICY INFORMATION

Our booking fee is non-refundable and required at the time of booking. If any contraindications prevent us from performing your service, you will need to reschedule with a new booking fee. Please arrive on time, as clients more than 10 minutes late will be required to reschedule with a new booking fee. All online forms must be completed before your appointment to prevent delays.

For safety reasons, no children, pets, or guests are allowed in the service rooms. Children under 13 cannot be left unattended in the waiting area, and failure to comply will result in forfeiting your appointment and requiring a new booking fee to reschedule.

Cancellations require at least 3 days' notice for Permanent Makeup appointments and 24 hours' notice for all other services. You may reschedule online within the required timeframe to retain your booking fee. Late cancellations will forfeit payment but may receive a credit for future use. No-shows will be required to pay a new booking fee to rebook.
